Leek Prices up!

Its shocking how prices rise all the time. The leeks at Wholesome Foods are now being sold for $2.99/lb. I remember that when Kelly came to visit in May, they were $1.49/lb and a couple of weeks ago they were $1.69/lb.

They've raised prices 77% in one month! Isn't that absurd? Maybe they finally did some price comparisons and realized that the price of their leeks were out-of-whack with prices at other stores.

Unbelievable!
